Log on to www.orissasoochnacommission.nic.in website. Orissa Information Commission Website is displayed. |

On the home page click on the “Click here to pay OIC against the cost for providing information “link. |

The ‘Payment for Information’ screen is displayed. |

Here the applicant has to give the Case registration No. Click on ‘Go’ button. |

Fill up the fields as given in the form. |

Here the Appellant gets two options: ‘Proceed for Payment’ and ‘Reset’ button. If the appellant selects, ‘Reset’ he/she can reset the data already filled by him. |

If he/she selects ‘Proceed for Payment’, ‘Appellant Particulars’ screen gets displayed. |

After giving all the information, Click ‘Credit Card’/'Debit cum ATM card' button, then click ‘Proceed For Payment’. |

The complainant receives a ‘Transaction Information’ sheet showing all the details
for paying online. Click on ‘Pay’ button. |

It will directly go to ‘HDFC Payment Gateway’ page. |

Give the credit card/debit cum ATM card details, then click on ‘Submit’. |
12. |
‘Billing Information’ Screen is displayed. Click on ‘Pay’ button. |
13. |
The complainant receives the system generated Online Temp. Registration number on the Screen. |
14. |
The complainant prints the copy of the Online Receipt for future reference. This
registration no. may be used by the Appellant to check his/her appeal status in future. |
