On the home page click on “Click here to submit a Second appeal online” link or Click on “Click here to go to e-gateway home page”. If the complainant Clicks “Click here to go to e-gateway home page”, the e-gateway page is displayed. Click on “Submit Your Second Appeal” link. |

Fill up the required field as given in the Form. |

Here the appellant gets two options. (a) Save the Appeal (b)
Reset. If he/she
selects ‘reset’ he/she can reset the information. |

If the appellant selects ‘Save the Appeal’ he gets the filled up form, where all the data will be shown. |

Here the appellant gets two options (a) Edit (b) Continue |

If the appellant selects edit, he/she can edit the information in the form. Then click again the ‘Save the Appeal’ button. |

If he selects continue, he/she gets the Appellant Particular form before proceeding for payment for further transaction. |

Fill up the detail information. |

After giving all the information, Click ‘Credit Cards’/'Debit cum ATM card' button, then click ‘Proceed For Payment’. |

The appellant receives a ‘Transaction Information’ sheet showing all the details
for paying online. |

Click on ‘Pay’ button. |
13. |
It will directly go to ‘HDFC Payment Gateway’ page. |
14. |
‘Billing Information’ Screen is displayed. |
15. |
Click ‘Pay’. |
16. |
The appellant receives the system generated Online Temp. Registration number on the Screen. |
17. |
The appellant uses the Online Temp. Registration number to check the status of the appeal in future. |
